Big Four^® Profile Survey

One exercise worth practicing throughout the day involves observing what archetype we’re relying on in a given moment (whether it be during a meeting with colleagues, when we’re deciding how to manage our time, or trying to solve a problem) and then ask ourselves whether we might be better served by bringing in one of the other archetypal mindsets. In this way we become more conscious of our preferences and learn to bring all four into service.
